Manchester Council business rates section are bloody useless.

No matter how many times you tell Manchester council business rates section to update their records, they dont bother. They are so poorly ran and governed by management that the whole section is a mess. Nothing gets done, nothing gets updated, nothing changes. It really is the most appalling department.
